01.Terms of Service
By using darkinsta.com (the "Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1.1 — Purpose of the Service
DarkInsta is an entertainment tool that generates a simulated report from a public Instagram username you provide. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Important: DarkInsta does not actually extract private data (DMs, private stories, deleted content, etc.). The presented reports are illustrative and are part of a paid entertainment experience. By purchasing, you accept this.
1.2 — Access & Pricing
Access is granted for a period of 30 days for a one-time payment of 9.99€ (VAT included). No automatic renewal, no hidden subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe.
1.3 — Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days by writing to us at contact@darkinsta.com. No justification required.
1.4 — Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, harassment, stalking, or violation of others' privacy. The Service is intended for personal, curious, and entertainment use only.
1.5 — Right of Withdrawal
Per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the report is generated, as it involves the immediate provision of digital content. This does not affect the 30-day satisfaction guarantee above.
1.6 — Limitation of Liability
DarkInsta is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or moral damages arising from the use of the Service.
02.Privacy Policy
Your privacy is our priority. Here's what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
2.1 — Data Collected
No signup: we do not create an account. No email is collected by default.
Username you submit: the Instagram @username you enter is used only to generate the report and is not stored.
Payment: your billing information is handled directly by Stripe. We never see your card number.
Technical logs: our server keeps anonymized access logs (IP, browser) for 30 days for security purposes.
2.2 — Cookies
We use one technical cookie (darkinsta_lang) to remember your language preference. No advertising or tracking cookies.
2.3 — Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to processing of your data. Contact us at contact@darkinsta.com to exercise these rights.
2.4 — Data Sharing
We do not sell, do not rent, and do not share your data with third parties, except:

Data source disclaimer. All information used or displayed by DarkInsta comes exclusively from publicly available databases and legal sources (public profile signals, aggregated public metrics, open-source intelligence). DarkInsta does not access, decrypt, or process any private, protected, or unlawfully-obtained data. The Service is provided in full compliance with GDPR, ePrivacy Directive and applicable local laws.

Does DarkInsta really access private data?
No. DarkInsta is an entertainment tool that generates a simulated report. Instagram's private data (DMs, private stories, deleted content) is protected by Meta and cannot legally be accessed by a third party. Anyone claiming otherwise is lying to you.
How can I request a refund?
Write to contact@darkinsta.com from the email you used at checkout. We process refunds within 24 h, no justification needed.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We collect nothing except a temporary language cookie. Payment is handled directly by Stripe. Your Instagram @username is never stored.
Am I taking a legal risk by using DarkInsta?
No. You're paying for a generated report on a public account. Nothing is scraped, nothing is hacked. It's a curiosity-driven, low-risk experience.
Can I share my access with someone else?
Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your access with third parties is prohibited by the ToS.
